Once payment has been received, we will send you the unpainted head, arms, and legs. All warranties are void if the vinyl is heated, as we cannot predict what might go wrong. The vinyl may crack or bubble, which is not the fault of the manufacturer or the inspection process. If you decide to heat your vinyl, you do so at your own risk.

All our doll kits and other products are new, top quality, and stored in a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment.
