What will be sent, once payment is received, is the unpainted head, arms and legs.

All warranties are void if the vinyl heats up, as we cannot predict what might go wrong. Vinyl may crack or form bubbles, which is not the fault of the manufacturer or the inspection process. If you choose to heat your vinyl, you do so at your own risk.

All of our doll kits and other products are new, top quality and stored in a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment.
